Documentation for other versions of OldCamml

There was no real "documentation" for awhile. In 2001, Charles Twardy wrote a 7-page manual for the discrete version that used Metropolis search (Gibbs sampling). That manual can be found in the CPT version, which is only slightly modified. If there is any other documentation, it will have to be somewhere in Julian Neil's directories (available via CVS), because it wasn't with Chris' stuff.
